Adorable!!

DJ, looks like you two are having fun!

Yay for you!

We had a blast, I drank way to much, I will now go on a 3 month diet and abstain from alcohol.

I wanna start a thread about my training program ADD, but I am scared that I will get called out for being a douche with training program ADD. I’ll just randomly post it in here instead to get it out of my system.

I have training program ADD and every time I feel tired or overwhelemed I want to change my entire workout program and I have no idea what’s best for me.
I wish I could just do a new routine every single week so I never know what to expect.
You can’t worry about the difficulty of somethin’ if it’s brand spanking new!!

x2!!! I have exercise ADD…it’s bad…Since I’m only awake for 2-3 hours every day (thank you night shift!) I have no energy to do anything. I’m thinking of asking IH some back/core exercises I can do at home…Something to get me started before I go back to day shift at my new (BETTER!) job…

Used to be called cross training, muscle confusion or simply variety. Fucking marketers and their nifty names and slogans.

Some would call that business initiative

Hot Cocoa with Candy Canes. Awesome.

what do they call it when a teenage girl has her whole family massacred and then she is blindfolded, shoved on a plane and sold to a hotel where strangers molest her in exchange for food?

This is main reason I started crossfit.

New exercises all the time and I don’t have to think!

I think it’s a reason most people start crossfit.

It really is nice to let someone else figure out my routine for a change.

I have never had a personal trainer or workout buddy. Crossfit is actually pretty fun and I like having the extra motivation during the workouts.

So fuck all the crossfit haters.

Yeah, I’ll bet there’s tons of at home stuff he can come up with for you! I could not imagine working night shifts…ever.
Brutal.
Glad you got a better job
