I assume a few people have me on ignore, lol
I now remember why I don’t shrug often… Unloading 6-700lbs sucks balls.

While a carpet convo is going on at the same time.
I blame you 2b.
I’m used to being blamed, lol

Well anyway. I have thought about this for a couple years now. I’m convinced that TN only has at the most 25 actual members . Each member has 3 or 4 other accounts they use depending on the subject they want to get into.
Hhhhmmmm

I have ONLY one account. \
I’m too busy to screw around with more then that…
Pic unrelated.
when you have someone on ignore, what happens when someone you dont have on ignore quotes them?
Dash, it still shows up. I have that dude that goes tweet tweet at the end of every post on ignore. I think he’s the only one on the list though.
Also, I friggin love coconut chess pie.

Wait, I’m confused. I know you’ve been itchin’ to train, and can’t yet post-op and that sucks. Is the weight lost just from lack of lifting? Or dieting?
If this has been said already, sorry if I missed it.

Me too! Lately I have been mixing splenda/cinnamon/crushed almonds in my cottage cottage cheese. So tasty.
(ha…auto correct changed cottage cheese to ‘courage jersey.’ glad I caught that.)
At the risk of making too much of a subject change, brazillians do make ya feel like a boss. I’m getting one today. Whoot!
I don’t know how I’d feel about the crunchy in the cottage cheese. I’ll give it a try though. I’ve been on a bid cheese kick in general.
Oddly enough, I did too!

I’m off it now but I used to like to put a bit of almond butter and cinnamon in my cottage cheese. Right now I prefer a handful of blueberries.

I never clicked with almond butter. Nutella I can eat jars of.
Frozen blueberries in yogurt. Omnomnom
All this good food talk.
I haven’t been able to eat anything substantial in 3 days with this hack/headache… lol
Not good for a dude who loses weight on 3000 cals.
Had some eggs earlier, some fruit and been sipping EAA’s all day, but anything more makes me nauseous.
Maybe I’ll try some yogurt before bed.
Steely, I haz a sad for you.
