Yeah, it sucks. I have some light bruising on the inner part of my elbow, and so that’s my guess. It made setting up for squats pure hell.

Me too! Lately I have been mixing splenda/cinnamon/crushed almonds in my cottage cottage cheese. So tasty.

Well anyway. I have thought about this for a couple years now. I’m convinced that TN only has at the most 25 actual members . Each member has 3 or 4 other accounts they use depending on the subject they want to get into.
