Not a crossfit guy so I didn’t know.
I have seen people wearing the shirts that say “I Did Debbie” or whatever girl name it is.
The Fallen Soldier names is a great tribute.

i love this one!

Coming up on the 236th Birthday of the United Stated Marine Corps, the Commandant releases this birthday message. Brings me to tears.

Semper Fi

Then, to counteract that with some lulz, for anyone who’s ever done a hot yoga class:

alright i have to go now, and be productive.

Its fear of the Big Black Monk that started this thread. Its a race to the Finich like Popeye and his Louisiana Battered Spinach.

I just learned I can have a bunch of Vitamin D drops in my mouth, have a rogue sneeze come on, and completely redirect sneeze through my nostrils and not lose a drop of Vitamin D.

This sounds like a disgusting event to watch occur.

Interesting read:

SAMA use to be comical with every now and then some serious topics. Now it’s a freaking Battle Royal? WTF does life not offer enough drama? That we need to “Angry Type” the world?
Only on TNation could a “Sex Forum” turn into, well, a clusterfuck.

I don’t really go in there, but enough people complain about it (versus how they used to rave about it) these days that it must pretty trollish.
I used to post in there a couple times a week when I was really bored for shits n giggles. Not anymore.
I still wonder by like a old guy driving thru his old ghetto torn neighborhood. For those that have not been in a while allow me.

Imagine a Imagine a rabid Mad Monkey with the worst case of diarrhea on earth locked in a cage flinging poo at light speed. Well the Poo slingers are making Threads.

And the rest are just lining up for the poo fest or responding or watching.

Either way its a poo fest.
Makes me glad I haven’t opened up a thread there recently to even know what’s going on. I feel like some of the SAMA regulars are an elitist click almost, which sounds completely preposterous for a forum like that but it is what it is. Even back when I last posted there, some of the stuff said was really condescending.
Wasn’t me.

Not to mention that I despise clicks.
Wasn’t talkin 'bout you big guy, occurred to me after I posted you might get the wrong impression.

It’s an important life skill that I will pass on to my children.

Yep.

I would describe your symptoms, experiences with doctors, and if you have any real lab numbers or test results that you feel comfortable posting-- that’s completely up to you.
Thanks Steely…will do.
I truly Hope you have a better outcome. The Bethesda area is a better quality hospital than the old Walter Reed. I have been to both and everything is better including the neighborhood. I hope you get better results.
