Yeah I just went there.

Greek yogurt, wheat bran, cinnamon, stevia, and a Xenergy.

Oatmeal with brown sugar, raisins, and dried cherries. Getting my coffee in 30 minutes.

no breakfast :frowning:

no lunch :frowning:

BIG GIANT DINNER! =D

Oh wait. Boat loads of coffee!!!

I’m down with that.

Good morning. Bfast sucks. I hardly ever have one.

breakfast was a small package of animal crackers and two ho-ho’s. My spare tire was calling for more fuel.

We’re doing nutrition today eh?

Breakfast: 8oz greek yogurt mixed w/ 25g chocolate whey, 6oz cranberry juice diluted w/ water, banana, 3 fish oil caps, 1 stick string cheese

2nd breakfast: protein shake about 45gfat/25g carb/60g protein

Currently eating: homemade turkey chili - ground turkey, kidney beans, tomato sauce, chopped bell peppers, top secret mix of seasonings, handful of cashews.

Nutrition Sucks.
Once you get over 35 I think that you switch from eating for your work outs to working out for your eating and or beer drinking! But that’s just me.

if greek yogurt makes your ass hurt, are you doing it wrong?

just asking~

Damn, Maschy wins.

But don’t you eat small little things through the day?? (still warrior’ing it, right?)

I haven’t eaten yet but am cooking up a veggie soup…It’s really good!!!

Lunch = Becks Prime Chili Cheese Burger, sweet potatoe fries and iced tea.

Best hamburger place in the world.

Try it, Derek. http://becksprime.com/ Also the original “Cliffs” on Fountain View near the Galleria.

Worth the day, even if the hours between are filled with shopping or something.

I’m willing to bet La Porte has some pretty sweet, local burger joints.

Honestly dont know, I always leave it up to the safety guys or HR guys where I take them for lunch. Only been here 2 years, most times I am in my office eating lunch.

All this talk of food is making me hungry.
