Speaking of toots…there was a Toots Ice Cream place in the town we were in in Maine! They had their own cows and everything, made it fresh right there! We should have taken pictures!

Yep. Toots is awesome.
Did you guys get to see “Eartha” at DeLorme?
No, we didn’t do any sight seeing…mainly sleeping. Plus the wedding was at frickin’ 3pm! BUT, our bus driver had this AWESOME accent! It was like hearing a Kennedy speak…Bahn…not BaRn…it was awesome! Plus the town of Freeport is like a huge outside mall…it was insane to drive through. My mom and I ate at Gritty McDuff’s though. Great shepherd’s pie! Couldn’t believe the “fancy” restaurant in the area, The Muddy Rudder, was closed down at 9pm on a Saturday though. WTF is up with that?
Beans had me send your hubby a PM can you let him know to check please
Will do. He just woke up, eating his oatmeal right now.
Thank you ma’am it is meant for both of you.

Greeny - if it’s the same PM he sent me… it’s a lot smaller than you’d think.

Today I did squats until I literally collapsed. Try it.
Are you trying the widowmaker challenge thing?
I will try with deads or bench maybe. It wont be the weights they are suggesting though. lol
Nope. Me and my irl lifting bros do periods of high intensity. My gym has a leader board similar to the online shit here with various competitions. It’s kind of a hybrid.commercial/hard core place. we’ve been drop setting deads w/various grips, going to failure on squats, weighted chins and dips. My body wants to die.

What should I do when a student makes inappropriate comments in class?
My mother then all the most respected teachers I had plus LEO’s know the rule of 3
1- Stop
2- Stop or else _________ .
3- Drop Kick
If it goes to 3 an you don’t follow thru they will lose repect for you and act a fool or just run over you.
The reason I teach at the University level is because I didn’t want to deal with kids. I may just ask him to leave next class.
It’s all the same. It’s a power play. Like when a cop warns a person to stop or they will use force. If they do not follow thru the person will lose respect for the cop and continue his violent act. You can’t debate with him or her.
Tell them to stop
If they continue
Tell them to stop OR You will be forced to do" this or that"
They try it again
Follow thru with promise.
