I can’t really explain it. Kind of like a goodmorning but you jump around like a burpee with your shoulders totally rotated to hold the bar.
Some people call it “The Olympic Frog”.
You will need to incorporate some heavy rotator cuff work in to a program built around this exercise though.

I’ve read that deads work roughly 70% of all muscles in the body. Would make sense you’d be hungry today.
I sometimes like to use all the energy I have on drop sets with various deadlift grips.
I feel like hell for days and am extremely ravenous 24/7 afterwards.
With discipline for a strict diet though, I will actually lose fat 1-2% in a week (2 aforementioned training sessions + 2 upper body “push” based on the overhead press and cardio) according to handheld electronic readers.
My apologies for a lack of industry jargon but I’m a casual lifter keeping up a habit developed in sports years ago.
Results derived from personal experience, not sure how typical. And by strict diet I mean berries, oatmeal, turky sausage/spinach/tomato/egg frittata for breakfast, salad with eggs for lunch and dinner, whey protein for a snack and some casein at night.
