Ever Feel Like a Thread Killer? 52

Going to bed before I break down and eat.

Night TK

Wow…dead in here today.

HG, the attempt at appeasement: fail. Like Four60 stated…I don’t share.

Wol, how ya been? Long time, no see. You don’t call. You don’t write.

Four60, I just stole that gun pic.

Crashed for 7 hours last night. I feel like shit because of it. Looking forward to sparring tonight, however. Kickboxing, anyone?

Plans fell through :(. Bitches. Anyways, I actually recommended cinnamon and cayenne pepper. I’ll have to try allspice myself though, wiggles.
Yeah I know you recommended cayenne, but I couldn’t bring myself to do that… Allspice and cinnamon go in pumpkin pie, so I just figured they’d work with pumpkin coffee. I was right.
I add pumpkin pie spice directly to my coffee. yum

hai guyz!

21 was a good page…love turtles!

That’s my ‘animal,’ since i eat a lot of lettuce. So the kids tell me.

Since someone was talking shit about coffee… The girlfriend bought me a bag of the pumpkin spice coffee from Dunkin Donuts. Added some allspice and cinnamon to the basket this morn per HG’s recommendation. Awesome coffee just went supernova amazin.
Sounds like coffee rape but eh, I’ll try it…
I use the Aero Coffee Press, so I don’t think I would be able to do this; however, I agree with you. It really does not sound very good.

I have an aerobie aero press. I got a keurig for my b-day. I use the keurig to make the hot water for my aero press. The coffee it makes is amazing.
You use a Keurig to make hot water? The Keurig is a coffee maker, no?

So, you don’t like how the Keurig makes coffee?

Color me confused.
If you don’t put a k-cup in, it pours out hot water when you select a size and brew. Yes, the keurig makes crap coffee next to the aero press.

I miss doing squats :(
But at least you know you CAN do them again.

Super weird randomness in my log.

More fiber & water will fix that…

Cold and wet, the best runs always happen in those conditions for me…no idea why.

I don’t miss those runs.

Used to have to row (crew) 2hrs on the water starting at 5AM in that, too.

How/why do I get into work super early every time I drink irresponsibly on a weeknight? ugh
