When your strength goes backwards without any major weight loss then you are truly overtraining. If you look at some popular bodybuilding programs they always have some sort of increase in work followed by some backing off (ie DC ‘blast’ rest pauses followed by ‘cruising’ straight sets, OTSBBB increase in sets and decrease in rest periods followed by a volume drop and large rest periods).
If I were you I would decrease the work faily dramatically (still trying to hit PR’s but maybe less sets or just higher reps, or even stopping shy of failure on everything for the first week. Something different and less taxing) then slowly ramp back up to where you are now.
Or you could just decrease the frequency a bit, or you just take a some time off (time off sucks!)

i’d suggest this…i’d even give you the idea of not doing anything weight related on week 8 in favor of flexibility stuff and road work
so summary
4 weeks-4x week
3 weeks pick up your workload
1 week rest/yoga/cardio/whatever
