Found my new favorite exercise. BB floor presses, the only problem is I have to roll the BB to just above my satchel, then hip thrust it into place. I banged out WAY more weight and reps that I do with dbs and with no shoulder discomfort. I CAN BENCH AGAIN, YAY ME!!!
I was worried about trying these before, because I had no way to position the weight. Everyone in the gym was like wtf is bass doing.
I’m getting into I,BODYBUILDER this fall. I’d start March 1st but my plans have been laid out already and I’m not breaking them. I figure I’ll take a stronger and leaner version of myself into the system for a better result. This I,BODYBUILDER thing is a perfect fit for endomorphs like myself.

I think you’d be better off in a power rack, bro. lol
put the barbell on the lowest pins and unrack from there…with your back on the floor of course.
that is, if you have a power rack in your gym.
