Word to the wise, if you can believe, the Dog Whisperer is the fucking man. He knows what is up.
He is cool man, I walk him a mile and a half every morning, fasted morning cardio FTW. He wakes me up in the am, which is much more pleasant than the alarm. It is cool, I am happy.
