It didn’t get that bad for me until after I hit 250… Then I just stopped talking about lifting with non-meatheads unless asked. even then I keep it to very little detail.

I lift 5 days a week; I used to do 6 when I was in my 20’s but I eventually started feeling run down so I take weekends off now.
5/3/1 with BBB assistance and hill sprints for squat and deadlift Monday & Thursday.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday I do a bodybuilding type exercise for upper body. I used to do a more PL type workout for bench and military but my shoulders got fucked and I had to change that up.

Aye we had a slow day, I have also been doing the annual review of one of the staff members. I also had no lunch cause I did not bring anything and somebody would not come to the office today.
