Kerley how much were you working out?
seven and a half hours a week including cardio.

EDIT: ill just copy and paste my email to roman.

ive lost 50lbs in a year and about a month ago my fat loss stalled and i started increasing my exercise, fast forward and the last 2 weeks ive been lifting weights 5 times a week two 20 mins treadmill intervals and three 30 mins steady state cardio, and since that ive started experiencing these things:

 1. weight i use in the gym has not only stalled but gone down.
 2. nagging pain in certain places.
 3. ZERO motivation to train. (i force myself to go)
 4. i cant sleep.
 5. i feel tired and lethargic all the time.
 6. loss of appetite

i think im over trained if im right what do i do about it?

Thanks.
