Ok! I got off track last week sick and have been the slacker.

its not set in stone and I tend to have a lot of leeway on the exact sequence of days but ideally it should be:

MON. a.m. HIIT quick intervals upright bike
p.m. Heavy UB Workout

TUES. A.m. treadmill hills
P.m. heavy LB Workout this is my deadlift day (he has me pulling sumo right now)

WED. Steady state cardio 45-60 minutes usually on the stairmill

THURS. A.m. HIIT long intervals 60/120 run/job treadmill
P.m. heavy UB Workout

FRI. OFF

SAT. Heavy LB workout this is my longest hardest workout including 5 sets of 8-15 squats

SUN. Steady state Cardio 45-60 minutes usually the stairmill

These days get pushed around and switched out a lot but I hit my four lifting, two HIIT and 2-4 ss cardio in there somewhere[/quote]

your training is more interesting than mine, but then I’m on a calorie-deficit steady state cardio, full body training module.

so my life pretty much sucks at this time.
