Like I said last week or w/e, if you’ve been doing DBs for a long time(you made it sound like you’ve never done BB even) then your BB will be relatively weak because you have to adjust to the locked hand positions forcing different elbow/shoulder rotation. If you actually do it for a few weeks to get your mechanics down it should explode.

When I say BB bench, I mean BB=barbell.
But to answer your question the difference is bodybuilding bench’s purpose is to make your check bigger, while a powerlifting bench’s purpose is to move the most weight humanly possible from point a to point b.
There is form and execution differences, but the main purpose of performing the lift is different.

There aren’t a lot of women walking around with implants to begin with but if the gym was full of them walking around with hardly any clothes or bras I’d be annoyed and go somewhere else. The gym I went to was like that in the late 80’s early 90’s when I went once and didn’t go back because it was like a stripper bar. No thanks.
