Acquaintance offered to do a logo for the startup I was with last year. I offered payment, he refused and said to come to him with ideas for the logo. I couldn’t get a hold of him for a year. I think he just committed to something that he didn’t to commit to, but I didn’t like that he flat out ignored my calls/emails/texts.
