ha ha, I got yelled at too.

You know that chick who’s music you turned me on to does wonders on dog walks. Keeps me calm, which helps calm the pup too.

It’s making a happy face!!

Memo to the guys in my gym:

Don’t act like you’re king of the jungle when you do your whole weight workout on machines. Have a nice day. (:

bass- YES! I would never, ever lift in regular shoes ever again. they’re comfy enough that i wear them in public for other things when weather permits (they’re a bitch in rain/slush), and i dont notice the material between my toes.

I can’t say how much they’ve helped my lifts bc I switched from BB workouts to PL around the same time I got em, and I’ve definitely gotten stronger, so who knows how much the shoes have to do with it.

I imagine lifting in those is like lifting barefoot, which I’ve found is the cheaper but less sanitary solution.

I doubt they’re as good as roidz monohydrate.

My chiro recommended starting out with the injinji socks, which separate your toes, before moving on to the five fingers. My feet are completely desensitized, and my pinky toes on each foot are pretty much paralyzed. I never even noticed that I have no feeling in them and can’t move them. The chiro said this usually happens with injury, and they need to be re-trained to function properly.

I forgot which article on the site I’ve read, but it said to progress from regular lifting shoes, to chuck taylors, then to the vibrams; I’ve been using the chucks for about a year.

Thanks Cbear
