I will be 30 in 31 days, and everything I’ve ever had that is worth “it”, I have busted my ass for. Whether it be emotional, physical or material I had to work to get it.
There are quite a few times, especially during the rough times, where I wonder if all this hassle is really worth it. I mean I look around at people who just seem to leach off life. It is like they are sitting there waiting to die. I just can’t do it. I have to live, I have to be trying, I have to be going somewhere.
The way I see it, I wouldn’t have this drive to achieve, to win, to be better than I was yesterday if it was for nothing. And even if I do have a shit hand, I am gonna bluff like a motherfucker.
