Ever Feel Like a Thread Killer? (4)

Depends on the quality. I wouldn’t pay more than like, $50 for the cheap ones that come with the 300 lb sets that you can buy at your local sporting goods store. If it’s an Ivanko or Texas Power bar, I would pay more, but those can run $150-$500 new (depending on the quality of the bar, its pound test, whatever).

What are they asking?

$87

No more, no less.

Awww…

If I buy an oly bar off of CL, about how much should it cost?[/quote]

I’d pay 45-60CDN if it’s got some rust/eroded knurling. 60-90 if it’s ‘like new’.
US prices should be lower. One thing to make sure of is that the sleeves can rotate smoothly, but don’t have too much lateral play (this may be a duh for you, but just in case…)

Because $42 isn’t $87 that’s why. Sheesh!

And that’s not limited to US currency. It’s 87 whateveryoufurenerscallyourmonies

The Starbucks Via instant coffee packets + chocolate protein = THE BEST DRINK ON EARTH

just use the Colombian Via packets, the French Roast over powers the chocolate. PMPM it’s called ICED coffee. Cold coffee is just weird.

Also throwing some coffee grounds into a preWO shake is pretty tasty and it’ll getchya goin good too.
