Depends on the quality. I wouldn’t pay more than like, $50 for the cheap ones that come with the 300 lb sets that you can buy at your local sporting goods store. If it’s an Ivanko or Texas Power bar, I would pay more, but those can run $150-$500 new (depending on the quality of the bar, its pound test, whatever).

I’d pay 45-60CDN if it’s got some rust/eroded knurling. 60-90 if it’s ‘like new’.
US prices should be lower. One thing to make sure of is that the sleeves can rotate smoothly, but don’t have too much lateral play (this may be a duh for you, but just in case…)

I haven’t started looking yet, was just wondering what range I should look in.
the coffee thing works well with my vanilla protein powder, too. but, i make coffee so strong that no one but me will drink it. i occasionally throw a scoop or two of Superfood in.

i’ve been putting Superfood in fruit juices, since the kind i bought tastes like ass with a side of balls.
