Man, the pie’s long gone, and I didn’t get pics!

I put a little too much egg/cream on the top crust, it ended up a little too dark, but it was still pretty good. I usually use egg whites, but this recipe called for egg and cream. I will use egg whites next time. I also used Fuji apples instead of Jonathan, and they didn’t cook up exactly right…almost a little bit chewy. But, it was still a damn good pie.

you can bake for me when ever you want. The misses doesn’t bake unless it comes out of a box or cookie tube.

working on my gf’s half-sleeve. the black outlines you see are tiger lilies. Once it’s finished, the only thing you’ll see are the rocks and water inside the flowers, which will be on her arm.

so yeah, got my work cut out for me.
