I remember that article, here is some easy tips. Stay up all weekend, drink like a sailor, run a couple of miles on Sunday stay up all night Sunday night drinking, fap about 100 times that weekend. Have your apppointment set for Monday morning to get blood drawn. All those things should drop it down enough to have a serious conversation.
