I take it back I’d rather go back to sleep.
The all caps made it sound so convincing.
Let it be recorded that I did indeed go to the gym. Its what we do right?
If only I could NOW go back to sleep but tomorrow is huuuuuuuuge day at work this is my gnarly time of year so self indulgence is off the table. At least when it comes to sleep.

Morns.

So…people are idiots. I watched Pope B16 talk last night and that we need to bring diplomacy to the ME. And, then I started seeing people reporting that the Pope hates science and technology…when what he actually said was that Catholics cannot believe that human souls had a natural cause (compared to a supernatural cause) and that you can’t replace G-d with technology. Doesn’t anyone seem to notice how different the accusations are compared to what he actually said?

This is good, Kid.

I’ll be following your progress in your TL.

Did not go to work today. Hurt my back at the gym yesterday. I could have gone to work today, sitting for an hour at a time is not a problem. The going up 4 flights of stairs to eat is the problem. By the time I got up there, I’d have to come right back down again. :expressionless:

Ouch. Do you ever do hip bridges? Those have essentially eliminated any lower back pump I get except on ME deadlift days

Speaking of asgard, here’s a pretty cool metal song.

Dr. DJHT, question for you, good sir: How long are Hep A/B shots “good” for? Pretty sure I got them when I was in the military, since they vaccinate for everything, and I’m off to Africa in 5 weeks and would rather not get more fucking shots if I don’t have to.

Thoughts?

Viking Rock, Herac!

this is good shit!

thanks~

Funny you should ask this I was discussing it with a guy I work with today. When I started in the field in 1991 I got the series and the statement from the CDC and experts were you are covered for the rest of your life. Well in 2000 when I went to work for a trauma center they did a titer and I was no longer seroconverted and needed a booster shot Of Hep B. Now 11 years later I have not checked a titer but I am very curious.

So to recap I would get a blood titer done to see if you need a booster or not is the only way to be sure.

You were discussing it today? Haha, alright thanks, I’ll look into getting a titer to see if a booster is necessary. Thanks dude

Yea one of the companies we have a contract with, there health department admin. We were discussing some of the changes the CDC is recommending for Health care providers who get the Hep B series. The CDC is recommending a titer 2 months after the series to make sure you converted. Then we both started talking about how back in the 90’s you were converted for life after the series and they found out that is not true in 100% of people. I shit you not about 2 hours ago we were talking about it.
