@H-Well,I get it off in 2 weeks and hopefully it heals by then. Next step would be surgery and people tell me that if it came to that,id be in pain forever so im really scarred…Im really depressed about it. I feel like total shit when im not in the gym. Lol,My face is fine.
@Im-I waited because im an idiot when it came to the health insurance thing. I didnt know what to do and I followed DJs advice and got to a specialist and got an MRI. Thank God for that. Im really worried about my employment if I have tot ell them after coming off 6 week of medical leave that I have to take off even longer.

Sorry to hear about the wrist, pain is an illusion as long as it is stable post surgery and you can get back to lifting is all that matters. I have three herniated disks in my back should I be doing squats and DL’s? If you need surgery get it fixed and then worry about things after that.

Thank you for that. I logged off of my other username feeling miserable but when I came back I wanted to do something different. Plus its alot cooler. I had back problems from work for awhile and since I havent gone or do anything strenuous,It feels great. Im still looking rather fine for somebodies that been out of the gym for 2 months. Just the other night I took home a 42 yr old cougar at the bar. Older women are amazing. Heres a picture of me being optimistic about the whole thing.
