Had a great day today, set a new PR for my sprints, body is on fire, lungs are fried, legs are wobbly, and I got stepped on by Bill Duke (this is him from the movie Predator) at Trader Joe’s after my workout. I also saw a vein in my hip crease which is kinda cool for being a former chubbo.
