I like when I’m too busy for cardio, even though my cardio takes like ten minutes before I’m putting my lunch on the top of a hill. I know Grounds hates me because I’ve eaten away the asphalt around the rail that goes into the ground over the past year and a half.

I will still do my steady state 45 min on the stairmill (twice a week) but think my doulbe days (lift am intervals pm) will not be doubles =D

I don’t do steady-state for the reason that I weight 5 million pounds, but the hill sprints do me good.
