I too have a ninja kittie (she is my little old lady cat 14yrs) and I have a brazen(vets word) boss cat(5yrs) and she must be in the center of the room. lol Is it called alpha with cats too? Because she is so alpha. As I only have the two cats I am a complete failure as a crazy-cat-lady. :frowning:

Yo

yo yo

Hungry, the sports bra, with its straps over my traps, hurt SO bad. After I finished, I switched into a regular bra I had in my car so I could get the straps off the scrapes. Next time I think I will do the yoke walk without a bra or something, the worst scrapes are from where the bra straps were.

This wasn’t the first time I was grateful to have, basically, an entire closet in my car.

Okay serious question PMPM how much was on the Yoke? I have one now and have done it a couple of times. Just doing 250 lbs now to get the feeling down and how to carry it high.
