They have the same degree I do, I just am the manager. They also cant claim ingnorance, when I hired them and trained them I told them what to expect and to do x,y and z.
How come nobody fucking listens. FUCK, now I am going to have to spend more fucking time out of town hiring and training somebody else.

Agreed, but this is a profession also where you have to work as a regular nurse and work your way up. You dont get into post-grad unless you have spent at least 2 years working in the field.
These are supposed to be the grunts who have worked their way up.

Awwwww… TY Muchos Edgy… yes let me be clear I feel really good. I look really good I am totally NOT trying to complain I have come a hella long way and I am happy and proud of myself. I am totally in the right neighborhood/ballpark and getting close(er) to my goal.
There are some areas that need less fat and no you can’t see them with my clothes on. After that I am pretty sure I’m going to focus on building more muscle.
I am also positive I can go down another jean size. positive. And also run faster. and also lift more! stronger leaner faster better hotter.
ALSO - us TNation ladies aren’t comparing ourselves to “regular” girls we’re after a BUILT physique. Quite different.

Chem and Calc exams this week, religion and geology next week, two papers due by the end of next week, three labs in that time, my girlfriend’s birthday is coming up and we’re getting engaged soon.

What I love about TNation is the gamut of professions that are on this site who all lift heavy: professors, doctors, attorneys, law enforcement, military, pro athletes (yes, we have at least one if not more) and even house wives.
Nice of them all to piss all over stereotypes for people who lift heavy, not like they’re going away anytime soon. And not like I care; I won’t date a chick who doesn’t lift, and fortunately mine does. People who don’t lift don’t understand those who do, and no amount of “respect” can be a substitute for that understanding: “I don’t lift but I really admire that you do!”
