Calling girls fat is the race card of TN. Redic. I would post my pics on this thread before posting them over there.[/quote]
It’s why I don’t go in there as much anymore. Too much dumb shit being said in there.
Toots…I’m waiting for you to post that pic now.
BC…with that 7768, I’m imagining that you are holding onto your V-card. Is that correct? If so, I’ve got you beat. Not to make light of it, but you haven’t had it, so you don’t know what you’re missing. I do. Nuff said.

I was joking, I wasn’t always a good Church boy (probably still not). I was raised so much of a pagan that it would have made Augustine blush.
Anterior reaches are also known as the Rusty Trombone. Not to be done for reps, lady.
I did GHRs the other day and my hams are insanely sore; I feel like they’re fucking bruised. But today is shoulders and traps and I love this day more than any other. Can’t not lift today.
And there are plenty of unshady guys out there. I’m one of them; just leave me alone when I want to code, write, read, etc. But everyone seems to approach me with their problems or want to make small talk, especially people I don’t know. That’s better than never being approached, it’s just nearly always unsolicited.
That’s why I am always up late night. The world is asleep and can’t bug me!

I think we are talking about two different moves.
My coach has them in my program for reps and his database shows them as basically a lung with a reach down and forward without bending the back… i think i just need to practice. On another nots i think i need straps or versa grips or something my grip has NOT kept up with my muscles.

Then you don’t need straps you need a bucket of rice.

Aaaah… bjt i do physique oriented training. So working the muscle how im supposed to is all that matters. Srsly ive been hung up on it not wanting to use them but i cant let my grip slow up the progress on my ASS.

Well then go barehanded until you can’t and use straps, and use a bucket of rice. Both/and. Trust me, you can’t have strong enough hands doesn’t matter if you’re doing physique orientated training.
I’ve never worn gloves. I did farmers walks to strengthen my grip. Was carrying 45s in each hand, wrapped in towels and kicking ass. That’s when I knew the grip was up to par. I think you should tell the trainer the grip appears to be an issue. I’m sure he can add something to help. And still keep your ass looking good.
Its weird because i do single leg dls with the forty fives like fifteen reps and grip is solid. Today rdls with 135 and by eighth rep thought it would rip out of my hands. Maybe was just a bad day.
I use straps deadlifting and for rack pulls. I got tired of being held up by grip strength. I wear gloves sometimes when my hands get torn up. Doing a gazillion reps to practice c & j and snatches have brutalized my hands and I need to wear gloves while they heal right now. Plus it’s gross putting irritated and broken skin on a dirty bar with leftover chalk D:
I’m going to be my trainer’s model for some videos for a seminar she’s putting on for the womens. This pleases me because my snatch form isn’t as comical as I thought.

Since debraD AND my coach say it… well straps is now declared from perfect body heaven.
