Are you still diseased?
I’m beginning to wonder if I ever really was. I think I just had a nasty cold and a lot of tiredness, and then since I took extra precautions it cured up pretty quickly. I’m at about 80%. I had much less tiredness today, no fever, no headache, nothing.

Apparently false positives for mono are pretty common, so who knows? We’re being safe just in case- not kissing for a week or two more. That sucks but it means I get to massage her tummy and I admit it’s kind of cheating because occasionally I get a little frisky, and things happen. Nothing bad, just… borderline.

Also, school is awesome, kicking my butt, but I’m catching back up. I love college.

It’s 1am and I’m hungry so I tried cottage cheese with stevia and frozen blackberries. To gross to finish. Sleep it is.

BYU I’m pretty sure mono is epstein barr. I think that’s why it has so many false positives. Oh, and who draws the line? I’m woefully ignorant of many religions. Do you set it as a couple?

Basically there are some clear things: don’t have sex of any kind before marriage. We draw the line before any sort of ā€œheavy pettingā€ as the old folks call it, but when I give her belly rubs, my hand is just right along her pants line and if her shirt is a little short and her jeans a little loose, well… sometimes there’s a preview of sorts.

My favorite right ahead of that though is throwing her up against a wall to makeout. But we don’t do those kind of things often because it’d be torture to constantly be working ourselves up and then not having sex.

belly rubs?

Except that it’s not.

EBV and CMV are common in people and don’t cause problems for most. But in childhood, both can cause immune system problems that lead to many common illnesses.

Typically, people who get Mono (and its symptoms) do have EBV or CMV or both, and often either has shown some recent viral activity, but they do not ā€œcauseā€ Mono; they compromise your immune system, just as HIV does not ā€œcauseā€ pneumonia but many AIDS patients do die from pneumonia (due to a compromised immune system).

BYU,

Mono can be really really fucking horrible. Do NOT go on high dose antibiotics for a LONG time (like, at least 6-8 months if possible) after your mono subsides. It will fuck with your immune system big time.

Yes, we call those ā€œpubic previewsā€ in the Motherland.

Tell her to trim, chief, and you won’t get previews

No, you’re not being mean. It’s not any different than some 135 lb dude posting in there IMO.
Cool, that’s what I was thinking.
I’m not sure the guys will agree though lol
From a lifting perspective I definitely agree.

But don’t scare the new recruits too much, ok?

Good luck with the surgery.

What C_C said, regarding a different ā€œperspectiveā€.

You weren’t being mean, just a little call-out, which is always warranted and welcome here

Seeing the boy for a whole week next week! Woo Hoo spring break!

The squatting 215 thing really irritated me. After failing miserably at 145 to see her say she’s working with 215 is just angering. You know that emotion you guys feel every time some teenager says he can do way better than you just by being.

Hm. There are a lot of tall, long-armed guys on here… Some of which DL 500-600 after less than a year of training and looking like they’ve never set foot in a gym.
It took me forever to get there (and I was being stupid and stuck to conventional way too long before I figured out that I’m so not built for it) and beyond. I was happy to hit 315 for reps at some point.
And squats are even worse for me.

But we all have our strengths and none of those guys are ever going to match me on a pressing exercise, or any upper body lift really.

That’s just how it is, you have skills or potential in areas that others can never hope to match… And vice-versa. No point in getting upset over it.

(FWIW I have no idea if her claims are legit or not, I’m waiting for the vids)

/edited… Sometimes I insert words into places where they really don’t belong. Hm.
No, don’t even think of going there.

I’m back bitches!

What what?
