I have a girlfriend that competed in the arnold amateur bikini last year after only training about six months… she felt ok about it and it really inspired her to get super serious about building so maybe that affects my input. It wont necessarilly be a horrible experiwnce for hwr. My gf was most upset about her tan lol.
