When it comes to the bike I make damn sure it is up to speed and done right. I cant afford an injury, death would be okay

You appear to be broken.
Same, I don’t have a high, I just go straight for the crash. It’s like this caffeine will wake me up five minutes later I am drooling on my desk

Dammit I wasn’t going to post in SAMA anymore OR be getting into fights. But I probably just started one. Oops.

Ima be nice now…

I used to just read the training forums and GAL… Well… And the t-vixen thread of course (and whose fault is that, huh?).

Now that I’m browsing PWI and SAMA regularly I’ve more than once thought to myself ā€œholy shit, I’d have expected poster XYZ to be the last person on earth to think the way they doā€.

Oh well.
Everytime I click on PWI by accident, I feel so dirty inside.
Same way I feel about SAMA.

Be grateful. I have a neice that when we give her benadryl it like giving normal people Meth. She is up for like 3 days. The human body is an amazing thing.

I like coffee for more than just the caffeine. Been in the medical field for 19 years and you get the addiction early on in your career.
So she’s the exact opposite of me… For some reason, stimulants just make me tired or have no effect… Same for powerdrive and the like.
Weird.

Shit. I should totally overdose on caffeine the next time I get my stupid insomnia… AHA!
Hold the phone batman.

Now what may also be happening is the stimulant may be causing you to have arythmias (irregular heart beat) thus you have a decrease in cardiac output which causes a decrease in oxygen to your brain thus you get groggy. So I would not advise you ODing on caffiene to sleep.
I wasn’t serious about taking caffeine before going to bed (I actually avoid it nowadays).
But you bring up something interesting that I was not previously aware of… It did also kind of feel a little like I was having low blood pressure or something whenever I did use a lot of caffeine or such. Uh-oh.

What causes this (if you don’t mind explaining a little) ?
Stimulants cause the electrolyte embalance of the muscle cells, so the pathway of impulses in the cardiac muscle is disrupted. You probably were going into bigeminy which means you do not have the normal atrium contraction followed by the ventrical contraction. It gets off so you will have just a ventrical contraction thus lowering cardiac output.

If you are over 30 then I would maybe get a cardiac evaluation, if you are still in your 20’s just avoid caffeine for like the rest of your life.
Great…and I have heart murmur things (feels like my heart actually stops and the pressure in my chest builds up…basically I don’t know).

Is the suffering in this thread great?

I hope so. I hate all of you.

Hahahahahaha some how with your avi that just struck me as funny. You will live BC, just keep the caffiene to a minimum.

DJHT,

I need you on, like, speed dial…

We’d have to email, though. Glad to have people like you on here.

Max, that scar is wicked!

It’s hardly puke-worthy, my friend.

How has it changed the way you eat and train?
