Well, I wouldn’t be toooooo obvious about it. And keep the dicking down to a minimum.

Good luck. It is more draining to hide the fact that you are dicking around. Here’s a rabbit pic to make you feel better.

That one wasn’t cheery enough.

Hey Toots! Caught this pic of you on the web…looking slinky there~

IDK but Ive taken a few clienst through the bikini body system…strippers

good stuff

I havent been there in a long time either though…what wrong with it?
It’s a ghost town for the most part.
I just went over there. The articles are so old.

I do miss reading the stuff on that site…really helped me change how I train women.
How so? The only things I really got from it that has stuck is to not overwork obliques to keep a narrower waist. I don’t think any other movements are gender specific. Unless you meant the logs gave you insight into how crazy women can be.

You’re right there is nothing gender specific about training. But, I have found that the women I’ve trained a circuit style set up is more enjoyable.

Chest Press,DB Row, and DB SLDL in a circuit is less duanting than straight sets of each movement.

In general my female clients have responded more positively to the ability to move around the gym floor. Whenever I start them off with a typical bodypart split they have higher rates of absence.

That is one of the biggest ones. Even if I am running her though a few sets of low rep strength stuff there will be a circuit following the main lift

a lot of other random things too

Oh, and everyone else

my meds take a while to kick in and they make me irritable for a week or so as I adjust

The hair do is cute. Reminds me of the girls from Grease with a touch of SSGs.

Dear School,

I think we’re moving too fast. I want to slow things down, make sure this is real. I just don’t like how you’re always rushing things. You already have so much of my money, I think you’d appreciate me when I want to take things slowly.

Yours,
