What defines fasted state? Is it always just in the mornign after 8 ish hours of not eating? or just when you’re hungry?

Fasted state starts about four hours after a meal.

Have fun with the knee sleeves. their sizings are a bit off. Though mine are the super heavys, so yours should have more stretch to them.
