Im back.
it was awesome.
ate like a total pig for four days.
like I would make a salad and put pasta all over it.
Workout yesterday was freakish strong and interestingly the scale is right about where it was when I left.
So strange
On the ship I saw:

We booked a cheap cabain early for about nine hundo each. 350 to fly to miami plus about three hundred for cabs some meals and espresso… if you drink it will be way more lol. Was awesome though well worth what I paid.
