It’s all about linear progression. Start with one a day for a couple weeks, then two a day, and so on. Pretty soon you’ll be able to drink enough to land yourself in rehab.
Thanks for the tip. So far,I have hidden this “problem” pretty well.
Saint Benedict recommend no more than three glasses of wine a day, at 5 oz of a cup. No more than 15 oz a day, so you got a lot to live up to. Three bottles a day, come on don’t slack.

I’m. Going to hazard a guess that its because you’re asian.

Morny morns beast! How many more days?
4 days til I fly. So that’s 7 or 8 training sessions left before vacation starts. This will be fun.

This guy drinks the good stuff.
Boiler makers are okay…the reason I put ICB’s is no coincidence. If I’m going to pretend like a 12 oz beer is a shot, I want the beer to be good, and the fact that it tastes like chocolate is a bonus.

Woah so you are lifting 2x a day? Must be a helluva split.

I don’t get to do it every day, as sometimes I have to listen to my body, but I try to get my cardio in during my morning sessions, then lift in the evening. Check out my training log, titled “The Man In The Cellar.”

You drop a Four Horsemen into a Boiler Maker, or that’s what I do.

My favorite variety is three hicks and a spic. Get’s the Mexicans every time.

hey i had similar injuries a little while back. well, not that similar. For me it was a heavy bar on my back.
Yeah no bar right now gotta be hack squat or stupid standing calf raise…
Probably small bruises from the pressure from the cushion that your shoulder presses into. I get these also when i use the hack squat or standing calf raises.

No. I start my night off with the FH. That’s when I know it’s going to be a very good night.

Ok got it, my coach calls lifting" training" and cardio cardio… so just semantics. I workout eight times a week counting both. Havent ventured into the boys logs but I guess this is as good a time as any.

Semantics, perhaps, however, once you take a look, my “cardio” is a lil bit of everything.
