Where should I keep it? TL or Over 35? (I’ll be 47 next Sunday)
Why do you keep logs, for yourself or to help/interact with others?
Do you keep it to training or are you like Rock, who posts Vids etc?

TL, because you’ll get more people checking it out. Like me, for instance, I never venture in the senior forum (no offense) because I don’t feel like I belong (yet)
Both, mostly for myself but to see other people’s reactions/thoughts/tips/hate(in Ct’s case)/etc. I’ve gotten a lot of help from several people here, especially on form and ramping ideas, fashion tips (kidding).
Training, vids [like my new rock climbing one :)], pics, blabbing, whatever else.
Do it, I will follow and randomly talk shit and/or comment
Bully beatdown is awesome. Some of these “bullies” are complete pussies, but some of the people getting bullied are bigger pussies, and need to just suck it up.
I love the show though, because every single one of those “bullies” talks like they’re going to beat some ass…until they get KTFO!

i called in sick. then fell asleep for several hours. now i’m watching dvds on chemistry. i even went to the gym this morning, but my strength was just gone.
