I’ve been reading up on IF with the 8 pm to 8 pm fast twice a week. It’s an interesting concept. Mine is strictly for fat loss though.

I’m really interested in seeing how lean I can stay while bulking and feel like this would be a good protocol for me.

Ah I got ya. Well I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to go 16 no food. I’ve been doing a lot of stuff that Keifer outlines (no breakfast) and haven’t been having a meal until around 11 AM (4 hours after I wake up).

I’ve been doing a 16/8 IF for a couple of months now for cutting (as well as throwing in a pulse fast) and I’ve been pretty happy with the results.
