8/16 in terms of Food:No-Food? I mean to say that I’ll be eating for 8 hours, fasting for 16.

Ah I got ya. Well I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to go 16 no food. I’ve been doing a lot of stuff that Keifer outlines (no breakfast) and haven’t been having a meal until around 11 AM (4 hours after I wake up).

I’ve been doing a 16/8 IF for a couple of months now for cutting (as well as throwing in a pulse fast) and I’ve been pretty happy with the results.
