For the DADT thing? Are you defending it or asking for it to stay repealed? Is it still repealed? I can’t keep up with shit like that. Does it really matter if you know someone is gay? Look at MelanieAmber, she’s out about being a lesbian (on here anyway). Would that make you more or less willing to fight along side her? Or is it just gay men the military has problems with? Why do men take gay men as an attack on their manhood? If a girl hit on me, I’d be flattered, because women (as we all know) can be vicious cunts (especially to someone prettier than they are).

I like you, Greeny. I think I can see a bit of what IH sees. There’s a bit of innocence, for lack of a better word, that shows in your words. Now for your questions.

The DADT thing is a class I’m to give to my coworkers, informing them of the changes to it, and what the procedure is. I don’t care what the person standing beside me prefers in that regard. There are worse things out there than gay folk. However, that is just me. There are other opinions running about, unfortunately. The gay men is a bigger issue than women simply because we have a tendency to be ruled by ego and pride.

For the uninformed, this is not good. Leads to very bad things. Things like what happened at Fort Campbell many years ago. Now, for a man comfortable in his own skin, not ruled by the ego or pride or whatever other “manly” ideals, getting hit upon by a gay man is no big deal at all. Flattering on some occasions, but for all intents and purposes for this site, we’ll stick with “no big deal.”

This might be a stupid question but where does cream of wheat fall on the complexity chart? I always thought it was an oatmeal relative but eating it again make me think maybe not.

Anyone here tried IF? I’m contemplating giving it a go for a long term type thing, possibly using it to bulk. Something like mixing IF stuff keifer talks about (carb backloading and what not). Trying to get up to a lean 200 or so while getting my strength through the roof and then cutting to 190 to get the sick hawt abz and make weight for my PL meet.

Thinking about 16/8, Going from noon-8 for the feeding, low carb up until workout (around 6:00) then pre/peri/post workout carbs with 3000 or so of my calories coming in that last 2 hours, and around 1500-2000 in the first 6 hours spread out.
