My sleep schedule is all messed up. I think I may just have to stay up all night to be able to get to bed at a normal time.

DONT do it!! or else your body will adapt to little sleep and you will only be sleeping like 4 hours a day while being a zombie through out the day. What has worked for me is doing some intense exercise first thing in the morning. It doesn’t matter if you slept8 or 4 hours. Just stay awake the rest of the day. At night you will sleep like a baby. IT always works!!
8.5 hours of sleep, and 1.5 hours of nap time in the middle of the day. You should try it, mucho better. Just gotta have the will to go to bed on time.
