I recently got contacts where the left eye does the reading and the right eye does the distance. Sounds confusing but your brain sorts it out. No more reading glasses for me! Yeah, watching someone laser your eye sounds a bit torturous. Lots of people love having it done though. Cruising to a warm spot? Edgy, your training is IMPRESSIVE! Hai Chimy Chim
Hai Deby Deb. If only we could reverse the process and have lasers coming out of the eyes rather than in.
That would be total fun. But we are not given a lot of super powers because we’d abuse it. Imagine Beans with that ability at his gym!
Pray that Beans never gets the power to laser eye through forums.
Yes, but in his avatar he’s using laser calculators on his knuckles, people!

134.2 x 44 = BLASTYOURFACEOFF!!!

I will have to ask the doctor about getting lazers coming OUT of my eyes.

I don’t wear glasses I feel like I can’t see out of them. Contacts only and they are a frigging hassle!

Hm the idea of him being able to laser people on forums is appealing to me. However, I’d be afraid to be a laser-ee. On the other hand, I’d gladly bribe him to bump a few people off.

I would much rather be walking the plank. Any ideas? Is it just a matter of thinking about relaxing them, is my butt too high? A few months of hobbling has made every motion feel off.

You doing them on your elbows, or hands? Front/side? This is a strange occurence though, not sure why the quads would be felt, unless you’re just super squeezing them or something

I’m on my elbows and toes. Maybe it just a matter of thinking about relaxing them. It’s weird and it’s never happened before but today I couldn’t make it go away. Is there a way to plank and take my legs completely out of the equation? Being on my toes starts to make my ankle wobble.

Yeah, I think focusing on just relaxing during the hold would help. As for taking the legs out, I don’t know, seems like it’d totally change the exercise. What if you put a heavy bag (or something that size) under your shins, and kept the pressure off of your toes/feet. That would eliminate the ankle issue, I would think.

EDIT: You could also cross the bad ankle over the good one, and just have one foot touching the ground. Just a thought.

I’ve never felt them in my quads which makes me think your booty is perhaps riding too high.
