I can’t wait to go heavy again. I just cracked 200 on my squats. This recovery stuff is a real pain. Good job, though.

Yeah, still FBT - every other day. 1 heavy day 3-7 reps, 1 moderate day 8-15 reps, 1 high rep day - 15-20 reps to failure. repeat.

I’m having good progress with it, but you mention it in the other threads and get flamed~

I recently got contacts where the left eye does the reading and the right eye does the distance. Sounds confusing but your brain sorts it out. No more reading glasses for me! Yeah, watching someone laser your eye sounds a bit torturous. Lots of people love having it done though. Cruising to a warm spot? Edgy, your training is IMPRESSIVE! Hai Chimy Chim

I don’t call it fullbody training, but I hit upper and lower on 3/4 of my training days.
