How’s it make you feel to have been pulling more that the two kids at my gym today wearing tank tops?

I don’t really give a shit what people wear in the gym, but please for the love of christ, make some progress or be a hot chick before you wear a tank to the gym. Be fucking cut at 160lbs at least! trust me, If you are at my body comp and still only 160lbs, you better be 5’2", and yes you look like shit in a tank strutting around.

And Dear New Guy with the Head Band, I was overhead pressing more than your deadlift, drop the fucking mean mugging.

See Green, 15 mins later and it’s back to judgmental prick…

Ct. you need a new avi, that goth chick is getting stale. Otherwise how goes it?
If I switch, it will be another picture of her. She’s my friend Elena Bathory, Alternative Model…I’m trying to help spread her around…especially around this site, where this type is less common.

Other than that, life is good, except my kid is ridiculously expensive…jk but not really

IM NAWT READY AND I AM SCARED
oh sorry bro I didn’t know that was your friend

lolz at child bearing hardness, I can imagine it’s pretty hard right now
It’s cool about the pic. It is a boring shot anyway. I’ll get another one from her…

And, really, the baby isnt really hard per se…just really random…like sometimes she’ll cry until a specific person picks her up…and that changes hourly lol

Actually, its sooo much fun…especially now that nothing I say makes sense but everything I say makes so much more sense than before.
Are we ever going to see this baby?
Yea, but who knows when…considering I’ve been on this site for two years and only 5 people know what “I” look like…and those have been cell to cell pics.

I’ll get around to it. =)
Good point.

LOL…and the Beans we all love is back!

I could probably get away with wearing a tank of some kind but I don’t have the balls yet.

I wear tanks! And I’m 5’2! But I weigh less than 160  Beans, I’ll be honest, I love lifting more than guys. I also love how deep my squats are compared to 1/8 squat guy next to me. Dude, your 45 and 25 don’t impress me if you freaking do a 1/8 squat. I’m glad you were nice to the kid and the big kid. You have a heart, you just reserve it for those who deserve it. Overachievers are generally this way.

Dear Asshole Gym Vet That Thinks He Runs The Place, fuck you buddy, that was my BRAND NEW HEADBAND and you were looking pretty jelly. I thought you’d try and take it from me, hence the “mean mugging” BRAH!

Beans, you are pretty spot on with your assessments, really. And Deb, we have a SLEW of dudes that put a bunch of 45’s on the bar, but only perform 1/4 reps. I like to clown the ones who put their egos on full display, though. I especially love the bench pressers who only do partial reps like it’s a full rep. I don’t know where these people are getting their info from… It’s like the guy I was supposed to be training. He lives by the shit he reads in a Men’s Health magazine. And when I tell him that he’s not going to make a bit of progress with that bullshit (hasnt’ in the two months he’s been at it), he’ll laugh about it but CONTINUE DOING IT!! Probably why I tend to train alone. If you’re going to come to me for guidance, at least attempt what I tell you. Don’t waste my time. /rant.

Good evening, all. How was the day?

Any of you watch SoA?

Hell yeah I do!

Beast, I think the reason I like squatting so much is because I can go below parallel. I have one guy at my gym who seems to follow my routine- trying to copy me in weights/sets/reps, and it’s always funny because he actually does it, but usually with less than half the ROM. Good times.

Service oriented architecture?

Edit: Aha Son’s of Anarchy… ( I knew it wasn’t Service oriented architecture, but I didn’t know what it actually was)

My edit didn’t show:

Aha Sons of Anarchy.

Is the new season out now? I watched the first ones

Meh…I’ve watched a couple of episodes. Wasn’t overly impressed.

It’s snowing! Trav, you have snow?

I should watch Dexter… good show and I got through all the episodes last year. I imagine there’s new one’s out? I’ll have to look…

No, we had one night where it DUMPED on us but in the morning it melted, now we just have some ice on the roads and a general dry coldness
