Good evening all my stateside peeps. It’s a brisk morning out here in the mountains of Afghan’stan. And I’m hungry already…not good. Time to do some work before doing my own work. Good times… and 32 days left until I’m downing a bottle of Patron.
ugh. tomorrow morning I’ve got circuits (4x4x2) on tap both DB Split Squats AND Bulgarians (despised! despised) and my quads are hella sore from LBWO yesterday.
I was supposed to do LBWO Friday and have two days off before training again… only I did cardio on Friday and LBWO yesterday. oops!
Mornin everyone. Have fun with your new workout Hallowed. Well looks like no more meet for me (at least not the one I planned on doing). That will be the weekend I’m moving the gf in so I’ll be driving a big uhaul and getting a workout in that way. I still plan on doing one, just going to be around feb/march now. With the added time I think I can hit an elite total by then.
LM that sucks you won’t make the meet you’ve been training for, but you’ll be even stronger for the next one so that’s awesome. Congrats on the moving this weekend, if you need a hand let me know and I’ll drive 18 hours to help
