Well, interesting thing enough, there are six types of deer in Australia.

Thanks Hallowed. I asked him if he’s going to take his girlfriend to my mom’s at Christmas. He said noooo Grandma asks weird questions of the girlfriends. I assured him he would have nothing to worry about since they don’t live together or anything. Was just on the phone with my mom and she laughed and said, oh I’ll just ask her about her studies, where she’s from and if she’s already having sex. I said WHOA…mom, geezzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Now I have to tell my son maybe he should NOT take her there. lol
buahahaha! AWKWARD.
Thats okay, on my brother’s wedding day my Grandma gave my now sister in law (the bride) some very serious advice “don’t get fat”
So the ladies of TK get the LBWO in on Saturday… awesome.
I do the rest of my training at like five a.m. before work :(
I couldn’t train at 5:00 a.m. I don’t put a bar on my back or get underneath a bar until I’ve been up right for three hours.
If it was the only time you could do it… I bet you’d do it.

No, I learned my lesson on lifting weights before my back can compress. I’m sure if I was competing for something I might, but then I’d rather do it in the middle of the night then to do it that early.
Well I’m awake now. Fire alarm was pulled at my complex. Stupid drunks. But hey I love standing in the lightly falling rain in my very cute nightshirt with a sweatshirt pulled on in haste. Geezus. My first thought was, did I go to sleep with my oven on? lol
Beast- you still get to where your braces over there? Hubby had to have his taken off half way through the process before he left and will have to get them back on when he comes home…

My doc basically said “fuck that” and left them on. After he steel-tied them.
Interesting.
His Doc was very by the book about it I guess…its a shame because he fought to even get this procedure done, and 6 months later he found out he was leaving…

That’s what happened to me the first time. I got them, then a couple of months later, they got taken off due to deployment.
1c Almond butter
3/4 c sugar
1 egg
1/4 c water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 c oat
Cream all but oats, add oats, bake at 350.
So, you could probably swap out the sugar for fake something but the boy won’t eat fake something so macros: p/c/f/cals 50.5/228.7/15.9/1797 do the math for your per cookie.
I liked them, the guys said they were good but seemed ‘healthy’ whatever that means.

Toots are you finally feeling better??
YES! I had some balance issue going on all week and it’s finally batter. I’m am totally living through you guys right now and I’m soo jealous of your workouts. I can’t wait to get back in there.
I’m fairly so so about the ufc, I mostly like the ground work, but that’s what people boo. It’ll be nice to see the lighter guys in the ufc, I like watching them way more.
