Years ago, that butter popcorn was BUTTER, but now it’s just crisco oil. I tell the move theatre guys that too, I just say “I’ll have a small popcorn with extra oil”… oh who am I kidding, a medium. And they don’t even say anything, they just put the oil on. That’s how I know that they know that I know it’s not really butter. They also have pizza… hmm, those mini pizzas are so good. Takes about 8 minutes to make, but it’s all good.
There’s even a movie theatre that offers to deliver the pizza to my theater… SWEET. But I don’t use that service, you might have to tip. Ooh, pretzels! I will love a hot, salty pretzel. With nacho cheese. Yeah, yeah that’s the stuff… giggity.

I’ve got a jar of almond butter that’s getting a little too old. Any suggestions of something easy to make with it? I find it kinda gross plain. Can I make almond butter cookies?

I bet you can just swap it for Peanut Butter in any peanut butter cookie recipe.
