Food poisoning is a great cutting diet.

So’s the flu.

I think I need to try that.

What’d you eat?

Also…this should help you make the new weight class, no?

Pancakes never make you sick. They only make you stronger.

Morning Wolly!

Chimy is that recipe from Shugart? Looks yummy. Some posters are desperate to prove their relevance. On the web. Where, you know, your relevance on this planet really fucking matters…ha[/quote]

It is! I meant to post a link but the interwebz hates me.

As unhelpful for people looking to get bigger as Shugart is, he has some awesome recipes.

How you doin’ Deb?

How ya’ll doin in here? It’s another beautiful night. Lots of lume out here, even with the moon not being full. It’s also nice and chilly, so I’m loving it. Just got done with my Cohiba and Beck’s, so now it’s time for me to go boots up. I get to look forward to presenting a class on the clusterfuck that is the Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy next week. This is going to be one for the record books.

That has GOT to be an issue. Even for a California pseudo-hippie like me, it would be an issue.

what’s your presentation going to include?

Laughter, short Giggles, stuttering, and the usual guys who just showed up to ask silly questions they already know the answers to OR questions that are not real questions but statements. Yeah I love that type of training.

The delicious looking pumpkin cake reminded me of a paleo article I read recently. The author was suggesting that is perpetuates bad eating habits by clinging to the desires to eat the ‘bad’ foods by finding clever ways to use paleo friendly ingredients.

I think that’s a bit silly but OTOH some people really do have a dysfunctional relationship with food and maybe finding so many ways to still eat cake (instead of having a real piece of cake once in a while) is not really what compulsive eaters really need? Anyone have any thoughts? I might put that in one of the paleo threads.

Thoughts aside, link to pumpkin cake please?

Wolly and BYU turned this thread into a food appreciation thread.

plicks~

Well I suppose I could. But, considering the day, the time, the morning, I’d say it really depends. (In my opinion of course) You might think it should be that way, and really you do make a case (although only mildly at that, one must agree) but it is worth considering, since I am interested in mostly being fair and reasonable but at times that approach can yield a bit too much lenience and I’m not sure that is really in the best interest of all, I’m sure you’d agree.

^2nd longest post on this page. Its too early in the morning for this, Deb.

I think Shugart’s goal is to find alternatives to some things minus the simple carbs (like the cauliflower pizza crust) so that people can follow the V-Diet.

Hollie…I’m making your thread in SAMA all about me.

thats right.

what are you gonna do about it?

huh?

Now while I do agree that it is a long post for TK types, I have to argue about your time of day reference. Is it not after 1pm there right now? Right. Thought so.

Now Deb, while I find it amusing to begin readong your post, and laugh at how you long you drew out the “I’m going to make a long post for the sake of making one that will annoy Wol” I also got lost halfway through the damn thing. We all appreciate your ability to be fair and reasonable aroud these parts, while keeping Wol’s best interests at heart. Wow, I’m trying to make this post so long that I’m losing my train of thought…

What’s for lunch today? Damn I’m getting pretty hungry, and need to figure out what I wanna grab today. Hmmm, any suggestions? I’m sure someone would recommend washing down whatever I had with a tall glass of STFU, which I intend to. But c’mon guys, what is everyone else having? It might help me make my indecicive ass…decide.
