aaaah dammit! LOL.

BYU… I actually grew up in a pretty Mormon neighborhood I know ya’ll aint wacky as they say. I’ve been to Mormon Summer camp more than once as a kid. I’m sort of “christian other” so I’m pretty much the only person with my particular set of beliefs. Lots of Catholic with a bunch of what the Catholic church would consider blasphemy mixed in. Ize Baptized and Communioned and ERRYTHING.

Hahaha, I have to admit that I am a pretty odd Mormon- I have a lot of progressive/slightly out there beliefs that more orthodox Mormons aren’t comfortable with, but I am a believing Mormon. I’m not one of those dang jack Mormons! I like people who are themselves within the beliefs, rather than just a set of beliefs.

Why would you squat after hill sprints?
I was too busy on Saturday to get my conditioning work in. So, I did it Sunday when everything else was done. Yeah, I knew I would suffer. I just didn’t realize how weak I would be.

Yeah, always do it the same day/day after squats, if you’re going to be “too busy” to do something just forget it all together, or push everything back. Don’t screw one thing up just because another thing is screwed up.
Yeah, I’ll do that next time. Tomorrow is Bench, so it’ll be an easy day.

By the way, brownies instead of alcohol does not sound like a fair trade. Brownies AND beer are actually delicious (as are oreos and beer).

So after a good night’s sleep (no time change for this guy!), and a pretty good workout, I happened upon a piss testing station. So, I now have to go piss in a cup. Figured I would share this.
Two things on this:

 1. Going over there on a ship, working night crew, and having the clocks go back through all of the time zones on the shift you’re working really sucks, as if “12 on” didn’t suck enough, fuck you and go for 13. What’s worse? Is being switched to the other shift on the way back home, only to have your sleep shortened every few days! Bastards!

 2. One thing I was proud of, I could fill the cup on command. I always felt bad for the guys sitting there having to chug water until their eyes were floating, just because they couldn’t put a drop in the cup.
We have staff duty and cq, and the time change makes for a long night.

I could fill up the cup right now, but I want to make my trip to the head worthwhile. It’ll just be a matter of moments now.

Mormons confuse me.

I killed two mice this morning. I think I’m on my way to becoming a serial killer now. But, I did do it for a scared lady, so that may nullify it.

Weirdo’s and if you pull the covers over your head the monsters won’t get you either right?

I can’t have my feet covered- my feet need to be cold for me to fall asleep. Weird, I know.

Mornin…

Beast- are you in A-stan? just curious…

Mornin everyone! Deadlift day today woop woop.

Like a bastard. I don’t think I’m going out for a looong time. Everyone who had mixed drinks that night ended up tossing their cookies I think.

Good morning, all.

MiM, I am here in Afghanistan. It’s currently dark out. The temperature is dropping, but the stars are out, and there is currently no burning trash to smell. All is as well as can be expected, I suppose.

Sounds like either a bad mix, or a lack of moderation. Hope you feel better soon. Kinda strange for you to still be reeling two days after.

LOL. And I was doing so good at this moderation thing!! Someone said maybe their ice was bad but I’ve never heard of such thing. We all had different kinds of drinks but who knows? I knew I wasn’t missing anything all these years of not going out! (:
