Morning everyone else. My workout was absolutely RIDICULOUS. The fucking (despised! despised!) bulgarians were supposed to be x15 EACH LEG x4 sets! FML. I ended up only doing three of the last four circuits becuase the whole damn thing took way longer than anticipated. Bitched out. Better do better next time.

I think I’ll give myself a break and do my tabatas on the bike after work instead of running them outside.[/quote]

Just a few days is plenty. Put signs on big nearby streets. The key is for the saturday and sunday a.m. garage salers to see the signs as they drive around. Um, I think thats the key LOL.

I remember the last yard sale we did (my parents). We brought out tons and tons of stuff and made 25 bucks. Which is ridiculous considering how much stuff we brought out (cleared out around 2000 sqft of storage in the basement).

No, The Tabata Method, Perfected

Never really thought of doing it with sprints. Doesn’t sound very effective since I’m sure people can do ten seconds of sprints, eight times in four minutes. However, front squats…not so much fun.

on further review should not have called these intervals tabatas. Maybe wind sprints more appropriate.
