I’m trying to motivate myself to get to the gym before tonight’s game. bye

I find looking in the mirror helps. I still see myself as the 180lbs guy I was this time last year.

I got it done by asking myself “Am I getting any younger?” That did the trick.
The family’s been a bit run down this week, so I went lightweight. after rep 12 on the deadlifts, I had to take a knee. I still threw in a couple of sets of curls, just to PO TBT Guys

lol. It would take me at least two sets to get to 12 reps on deads. By rep 6 my form is falling apart something fierce.

Fingers crossed I should be down for some back punishment tomorrow. Between my knee and stomach, I wouldn’t be surprised my dreams are hammered into nothing more than just that… Dreams

Yeaaah, (I need like 7pt. type here) …that was after set two… I’m a bit grumbly 'cause even if I use Wendler’s 1RM equivalency calculator, I’m still about 60 lbs short of this B*tard I saw lift 505 somewhere.

Lol, honestly. If I want to hit that pull again, I would have to stop squatting for like 2-3 weeks. Which with my knee problem may just be happening.

I’m pulling 405 for 5 and 455 for doubles right now, squatting once a week or so.

Bigger? Sure are. But, at what expense?

I’m looking to do the Dante/X thing (funny how they have very similar view points on a lot of things) and get to a soft 260-280, hold that weight for a while, and then drop fat and be a lean 220-230 when I’m an old man.

(DISCLAIMER: All these numbers are guide lines, if I hit 280 and am still growing, I’m gonna keep eating etc… Its just I have a long term plan.)

It’s Monday.

That is the sickest feline I’ve ever seen. I like cats I have two at home. I would assume you can only get them illegally?

THey’re legal to have, depending on which state you live. Plus, you have to have permits and there’s specific quidelines, such as how much ground you own, in order to have one.

I’d LOVE to have one, but at the same time, they’re wild animals and i’d feel guilty about keeping one as a pet.

I would to feel guilty but they are so cool. Plus being wild they have a high chance of turning on you. I would imagine being some what domesticated that they would not be an aggressive animal. But still you hear about those stories of people having wild animals then get attacked by them. Of course because they are wild! However, like you listed I’m not surprised by the guidelines and laws behind having one.

I think for today’s exercises I’m going to do something really difficult, like walking like a 90 year old.

After seeing your newest avatar, I was wondering if there were any exceptions to rule #34. Somebody out there found one.

Hey, I forgot to mention: you are a smart mofo. You like understand what Bill and BBB and Sento and GG type the first time you read it don’t you?

There are a couple other straight nerds on here that I have to read twice because I’m slower than they are. Shit I gotta look up half the words most times.

Anyway. Pulled 455 for a double, went all turtle on the second so I missed the third. Thank god deads don’t bother my knee or I would shoot myself.

More love for Wol…

It’s a like a new class of thread killers…
