Ok, my neighbor who lives in the apartment that’s in the unit next to mine, has a dog and it barks, then howls, all the time. It gets pretty annoying at times, and I started to wonder if I should say something.
It rarely happens in the early morning, plus, I usually have a fan going, so that muffles the sound pretty good. But, I often heard it when I knew she was home and I just found it odd that nobody else said anything…
Well, not too long ago, I saw her outside with one of my neighbors and she was very animated when she spoke, then it dawned on me that she was ‘signing’… She’s frigging deaf.
